EAH is dedicated to building communities that enhance the surrounding neighborhoods. We manage over 6500 units of affordable housing for seniors, the disabled, students and working families in California and Hawaii. We are known by government officials, community leaders, lenders and most importantly by over 15,000 residents as a capable and trustworthy organization motivated by an authentic concern for the people we serve.

EAH's central office is located in San Rafael, California, with regional offices in Fresno, San Jose and Honolulu. With a staff of 350, EAH manages 67 properties with housing for seniors, the disabled, students and working families.
