4507 Main Street EAH HousingAzalea will serve unhoused individuals earning 30% or less than the local Area Median Income (AMI) and families earning 60% AMI. The community features a studio, 1- and 2-bedroom with ground floor parking for residents.

Azalea will feature indoor and outdoor amenities for residents for social interaction and wellness and a small commercial unit on the ground floor for community interaction. EAH will provide resident services through a Resident Services Coordinator and partner with local organizations for special programs that aim to improve the wellness of residents.
