Greenfield Commons I is a LEED Gold-certified affordable housing community in Greenfield, completed in 2025 as the first phase of a 200-home master plan serving farmworker families and veterans in the Salinas Valley. The 100-apartment property comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes built through modular construction, with units crafted off-site and stacked on-site to accelerate delivery. Designed as three clusters of two-story buildings around landscaped courtyards, the development includes 27 Project-Based Voucher units, supported by $71.8 million in KeyBank-led financing and HCD Accelerator funds.
