Our Initiatives
Preservation & Acquisition
EAH acquires and rehabilitates at-risk low-income housing across the western United States. Through strategic financing, adaptive reuse, and long-term stewardship, we prevent displacement, preserve community, and protect affordability for generations.
StayWell! Initiative
Created to advance physical, mental, and social well‑being across EAH communities, StayWell! connects residents to tailored health services, education opportunities, activity programs, and social supports—fostering stronger connections, healthier lifestyles, and lasting vitality.
Bridging the Digital Divide
EAH Housing provides free Internet access and digital literacy education for residents of all ages across our California communities. Through partnerships and infrastructure investment, we support access to critical tech skills, employment resources, and essential online services—ensuring technology is a bridge, not a barrier.
Rebecca W. Watkin Scholarship
Supporting residents as they pursue higher education or vocational training, this multi-year scholarship provides ongoing financial assistance, empowering students to complete educational programs and shape their futures.
