Bold Solutions Gala Celebrates Community, Connection, and Change

Bold Solutions: Uniting Communities, Inspiring Change was a resounding success. Held on April 23 at the Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, the evening brought together local leaders, housing advocates, and supporters who collectively raised over $175,000 to advance EAH Housing's mission in Hawaiʻi and California.

The program highlighted the impact of resident services programs that empower seniors and families through education, financial wellness, and career development. Residents Elishia Ho and Orlando Ramos of Villages of Moaʻe Kū shared their personal story, illustrating how access to affordable housing and programs like StayWell! can genuinely transform lives.

"I just want to thank all the staff of EAH Housing for giving us the opportunity to provide safe housing to raise our family, as well as helping other families have a place to call home," said Elishia Ho.
From being close to their children's school to enjoying the on-site park, food drives, and the bookmobile, Elishia and Orlando's story highlighted the power of affordable housing and resident services to create lasting impact for families.
