Two EAH Housing Communities Win at the 2025 Kukulu Hale Awards in Hawaiʻi

Two EAH Housing communities were honored at the 2025 Kukulu Hale Awards, presented by NAIOP Hawaiʻi on May 2 at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
Hale Nā Koa ʻO Hanakahi in Hilo received the Award for Excellence in the Nonprofit Project category. Developed and owned by EAH Housing, the 92-unit senior and veteran community was designed by Design Partners and built by Maryl Group Construction, Inc. A special mahalo to Emily Lee and Marian Gushiken for their work preparing the nomination, and to the on-site team for their exceptional dedication to the kūpuna residents they serve.
Lima Olaon Kauaʻi was recognized with the New Project Award in the Commercial/Other Over 40,000 SF category. Developed by AHE Group and designed by WRNS Studio, the senior and multi-family housing community is managed by EAH Housing, which also provides resident services. Mahalo to Dee Alquiza and the entire property team for helping the community thrive.
The annual Kukulu Hale Awards recognize excellence in Hawaiʻi's commercial real estate industry. This year's program included eight awards for commercial, nonprofit, and public projects, as well as three special recognition awards.
