Lightfighter Village Named Finalist for the 2026 Gold Nugget Awards

Lightfighter Village, a supportive housing community developed by EAH Housing in Marina, CA, has been named an Award of Merit finalist in the 2026 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards, Category 20: Best Supportive/Transitional Housing.

Now in their 63rd year, the Gold Nugget Awards are considered among the most prestigious design honors in the country, judged from more than 800 entries nationwide. These awards typically recognize luxury, market-rate developments, so a finalist nod for supportive housing carries real weight: it affirms that thoughtful, well-considered architecture belongs in the communities that need it most, not just the ones that can pay a premium for it.

Lightfighter Village joins a strong field of finalists this year, including Saint Clare at Capitol Park, 600 San Pedro, and Villa Vanowen. Winners were celebrated at the Gold Nugget Awards Gala on July 29, 2026.
