Christina Voeller Named 2026 Service Coordinator of the Year by AHMA-NCH

EAH Housing is proud to celebrate Christina Voeller, Resident Services Coordinator at Stonebridge Apartments in San Jose, who has been named the 2026 Service Coordinator of the Year by the Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California and Hawaii (AHMA-NCH).

Christina was honored at the AHMA-NCH Industry Awards, presented during the association's annual conference — one of the most recognized events in affordable housing management across Northern California and Hawaii. The award recognizes professionals who go above and beyond in supporting residents, building community, and delivering programs that make a meaningful difference in people's daily lives.

As a Resident Services Coordinator, Christina serves as a critical bridge between residents and the resources they need to thrive. From coordinating educational opportunities and wellness programs to connecting residents with social services and creating spaces for community connection, her work reflects the belief that affordable housing is about far more than a roof over someone's head. It is about stability, dignity, and belonging.

At Stonebridge Apartments, a community of 80 affordable homes for families in San Jose, that commitment shows up every day in the programs Christina builds, the residents she advocates for, and the environment she helps create.
