Karen Seddon Named Among Hawaiʻi's Most Admired Leaders by Pacific Business News

Pacific Business News Hawaiʻi has named Karen Seddon, EAH Housing's Regional Vice President, among Hawaiʻi's Most Admired Leaders for 2025.
The recognition honors Karen's outstanding leadership, integrity, and impact across the state—including her deep expertise in affordable housing, her ability to build strong community partnerships, and her talent for driving meaningful cross-sector collaboration.
Karen leads EAH Housing's work across the Hawaiian Islands, overseeing the development and management of affordable housing communities that serve families, seniors, and veterans. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing projects like Hale Nā Koa ʻO Hanakahi in Hilo and Aloha Iā Halewilikō in ʻAiea, both of which address critical housing needs while honoring local culture and community.
Earlier this year, Karen was also featured on the cover of Building Industry Hawaiʻi's 2024 Women in Construction issue, recognized for her leadership in a historically male-dominated industry and her advocacy for greater diversity and mentorship in construction and development.
