Growing up near the beach shaped a big part of who I am — the water has always felt like home. These days, I recharge by getting back to that feeling whenever I can, whether that's camping with friends and family or traveling somewhere new. Faith and family keep me grounded; in stressful moments, I turn to prayer and the people I love most.

My mission is simple: to make sure every property and unit is a safe, high-quality, and comfortable place to call home.

I love the stability and the way I've been treated by this company. EAH has given me everything I've needed to do my job well — the resources, the training, and the support. That means a lot after 33 years.
