82 Affordable Homes Preserved in Lancaster with Acquisition of Arbor Lofts and Sagebrush

EAH Housing has purchased Arbor Lofts and Sagebrush I & II in downtown Lancaster, keeping 82 affordable homes available for families who earn between 30% and 60% of the area’s median income.

Both communities have roomy apartments with modern features and are within walking distance of Lancaster’s downtown shops, restaurants, and public transit. EAH Housing also plans to enhance resident services and make both properties more energy efficient.

Arbor Lofts is a 21-unit community on Lancaster Boulevard, built in 2009. It offers large four-bedroom apartments with central air, private balconies, and secure building access. The property also includes 3,800 square feet of commercial space.
Sagebrush I & II, built in 2011, has 61 three- and four-bedroom apartments in five buildings on Milling Street. Some apartments have townhome-style layouts. Residents can use a community lounge, courtyard, and secure building entry.

The aim is to keep homes affordable and provide opportunities for families who need them most. Bell Realty Ventures played a key role in both projects, with Rick Bell finding the property, arranging financing, and managing the closing.
