MiLA is the first 100% affordable housing community in Los Altos, developed by EAH Housing on county-owned land at 330 Distel Circle and completed in 2026 ahead of schedule. The five-story, 90-apartment building combines KTGY mass timber CLT podium architecture with Nibbi modular construction, the first project financed through the Housing Accelerator Fund's Industrialized Construction Catalyst Fund. Studios through three-bedroom homes serve families at 30% to 80% of the area median income, with 25% of apartments reserved for permanent supportive housing in one of Silicon Valley's most expensive cities.
