The Rigby

The Rigby will bring 64 affordable homes to a quiet residential corner of Rayen Street and Columbus Avenue in Los Angeles. Developed by Penny Lane Centers, Abbey Road Inc., and KFA Architecture and professionally managed by EAH Housing, this four-story community will serve low-income families, transition-aged youth, and individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, with 33 units designated as permanent supportive housing. Remaining homes will serve households earning 50 to 60% of the area median income.

Studio through three-bedroom each featuring full kitchens, private balconies or patios, and generous natural light. Residents will enjoy a large community room with a kitchen, computer lab, outdoor gathering spaces, and on-site laundry. Adjacent to North Hills Community Park and steps from multiple bus lines on Sepulveda Boulevard, The Rigby places residents close to retail, services, and transit in a neighborhood built for everyday life.
