West Terrace is a new 64-unit affordable housing community located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, blocks from Edward Vincent Jr Park and less than a mile from Hyde Park Metro Station. With over 52,000 SF, the four-story community offers studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for the formerly unhoused and households with 30% to 50% of the area median income.  

West Terrace is a non-smoking community that features 1,900 SF of central courtyard on the ground floor with indoor and outdoor onsite amenities including a children’s playground, barbecue area, and a community garden. Indoors, West Terrace offers a community room and kitchen, computer room, lounge area, onsite management and services staff offices, laundry facility, trash chutes or trash rooms on each floor, and multiple bike storage rooms. Onsite gated parking is not offered, but residents enjoy key-fob building entry with elevator access to all floors.

In addition to 7 apartments at 50% AMI, West Terrace offers 56 units of affordable housing for 30% AMI qualified households placed through the Coordinated Entry System.  12 apartments are set aside for households qualifying with vision, hearing, and mobility needs.
