Duane Hopkins brings 30+ years of executive experience in finance and organizational leadership across government, nonprofit, and private sectors. Previously at the Oakland Housing Authority, he oversaw a $1.2 billion budget supporting 43,000+ families. At Housing Catalyst in Colorado, he expanded the affordable housing portfolio by 600+ units. A nationally recognized NAHRO leader, Duane holds a B.S. in Finance and is a Certified Management Executive.
