Mission Paradise is a brand-new affordable housing development for seniors making 20%-80% of the local Area Median Income (AMI). Senior-friendly amenities are available for the residents, including outdoor and indoor community areas. Twenty five (25) units are project based rental assistance pursuant to an AHAP agreement entered into with the Housing Authority of Alameda County (HACA). Fifteen (15) units are for homeless households with severe mental illness pursuant to No Place Like Home.
Built on nearly two acres situated at the corner of Mission and Webster/ Hancock Street, Mission Paradise will be close to various commercial establishments. This new development will contribute to the activity and ambiance of the neighborhood, complimented by the nearby hills.
