Tabor Commons

Set on 2.33 acres in a walkable neighborhood just blocks from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, Tabor Commons will offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom affordable apartments for individuals and families earning 20%–50% of the area median income (AMI) with homes available across low, very low, and extremely low income levels.

Sixteen units will be reserved for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), with dedicated third-party case management services on-site alongside EAH Housing's Resident Services Coordinator, ensuring every resident has the support they need to thrive.

The three-story community features a thoughtfully designed amenity package built for connection and wellness: a multi-purpose community room with kitchen, laundry facilities, a playground, picnic and barbecue areas, a community garden, and quiet sitting areas for residents who simply want a peaceful place to unwind.
