Parkview Glendale is an adaptive reuse development in Glendale, California, converting a former assisted living facility originally built in 1973 into 68 units of affordable housing for older adults at 30%–60% AMI. Designed by Egan | Simon Architecture and built by ICON National, the Type 1-A and V-A community broke ground in 2024 and is estimated for completion in 2026. Financing includes 9% LIHTC and the City of Glendale. Targeting LEED Gold.
