Greenfield Commons II is the second phase of a 200-home master plan in the Salinas Valley, bringing 100 permanently affordable apartments to farmworker families and veterans, with a 35-unit veterans building developed in partnership with the Veterans Transition Center of California (VTC). Anticipated for completion in 2028, the 5.45-acre development will feature garden-style apartments, a community building, indoor and outdoor common areas, and a community garden. Pursuing LEED Gold certification and designed to offset 100% of energy use with on-site renewables, the project extends Phase I's modular approach and design vision.
