1500 Kapiolani

Nestled along one of Honolulu’s most connected corridors, 1500 Kapiolani is a proposed 5-story affordable kūpuna community bringing 115 studio and one-bedroom homes to older adults earning 30%–60% AMI. Part of a larger mixed-use, mixed-income development on Kapiolani Boulevard, the project is designed to support aging in place while keeping residents close to transit, services, and community life. Designed by SCB with Layton Construction as general contractor, the development is currently in pre-development.
