Developed in partnership with the City and County of Honolulu, Dillingham will deliver 177 affordable homes to Kalihi, located directly next to the future Mokauea HART rail station. The 19-story mixed-use development serves families earning 30%–60% area medium income (AMI) and draws its architectural identity from the legacy of Mokauea Fishing Village. Active ground-floor uses and a second-floor community center strengthen neighborhood connections. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2029, targeting LEED certification.
