Planned in collaboration with the City and County of Honolulu Department of Housing and Land Management, Ena Road will bring 125 affordable homes to households employed in and around Waikīkī. The 29-story high-density infill development at 436 Ena Road will offer studios, one-, and two-bedroom homes, designed by Lowney Architecture and built by Nordic PCL Construction, with planning support from Munekiyo Hiraga. Construction is estimated to begin in 2029, with completion expected in 2031. Targeting LEED certification.
