Nohona Hale is a mixed-use, transit-oriented new construction development completed in 2020 in the Kakaʻako neighborhood of Honolulu, co-developed by EAH Housing and Bronx Pro. Designed by WCIT Architecture and built by Swinerton Builders, the 16-story, 111-unit Type IB building transformed a former surface parking lot into live/work micro-units for artists and families at 30%–60% AMI. Financing includes 4% LIHTC and bonds through HHFDC, JP Morgan Chase, Red Stone Equity Partners, and Sugar Creek Capital. LEED Gold certified.
