The 31-story tower features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, including a dedicated amenity deck and modest ground-floor commercial space. Designed by Lowney Architecture with Goto Engineering, the development is targeting LEED Gold certification and anticipated to break ground in 2029, with completion expected in 2032.
