Kaiahale ʻo Kahiluhilu

Kaiāhale ʻo Kahiluhilu is a 303-home affordable housing development planned for the heart of Kahului, Maui, delivered in two phases. Phase I will bring 197 homes with first move-ins anticipated in late 2029; Phase II will follow with 106 additional homes. Named for the Hawaiian words kaiāhale (a group of houses) and hiluhilu (dignified elegance), the community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for families earning up to 60% AMI. Designed to LEED standards with solar thermal water heating and direct access to the new Maui Transit Hub.
