The Pointe on Vermont is a LEED Gold co-development by EAH Housing and A2Z Enterprises, completed in 2021 as a $25M Measure HHH project in South Los Angeles. The four-story mixed-use building delivers 50 affordable studio and one-bedroom homes, including 25 units of permanent supportive housing for residents transitioning from homelessness. Designed by FSY Architects and built by United Building Company with AMJ Construction Management, financing came through Measure HHH, HOME, LMIHF, LA County Development Authority, CCRC, CTCAC, CDLAC, and U.S. Bank.
