Willow Housing is a permanent supportive housing community for formerly unhoused veterans and veterans at risk of homelessness, adjacent to the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System campus in Menlo Park. Developed jointly by EAH Housing and The CORE, the 60-unit studio community was completed in 2016, designed by KTBS Architects and built by Core Builders. Financing included 9% LIHTC, the City of Menlo Park, San Mateo County Housing, National Equity Fund, Silicon Valley Bank, and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. LEED Gold certified.
