Bayfront Terrace will be Mill Valley's first 100% affordable housing development in three decades, bringing 45 deed-restricted homes for households earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income. Set on city-owned land across from Hauke Park, the four-story podium-style building will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with all-electric systems and solar power for lasting sustainability. Built through a ground lease with the city after years of community engagement, the project will sit steps from transit, retail, parks, and schools in southern Marin.
