Archway Commons I

Completed in 2013 on former industrial land long designated by Modesto as a catalyst for neighborhood renewal, Archway Commons I is a GreenPoint Rated affordable housing community on Carver Road. The development introduced 76 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families and older adults, designed around energy-efficient construction, shared outdoor space, and walkable access to transit and downtown. On-site case management, employment assistance, and a computer learning center reflect a service-enriched approach, laying the foundation for a 150-unit vision the second phase would later fulfill.
