Archway Commons II

Completed in 2022, Archway Commons II is a GreenPoint Rated affordable housing community in Modesto that completes a 150-unit intergenerational vision on Carver Road. The development adds 74 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for families and older adults, building on the original 2013 phase to expand opportunity in the Central Valley. Designed for sustainability, walkability, and connection across generations, the project pairs energy-efficient construction with shared outdoor spaces and resident services, anchoring lasting affordability in a region where the need continues to grow.
