Cochrane Village

Cochrane Village is an affordable housing community in the heart of Morgan Hill, where EAH Housing acquired and rehabilitated 96 apartments across two adjoining properties to preserve long-term affordability for working families. Designed by Richard H. Olmsted Architecture, the rehab refreshed one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes across nearly five landscaped acres connected by paved walking paths. Solar thermal water heating now lowers utility costs, and an on-site community center offers affordable childcare, financed through tax-exempt bonds from the California Municipal Finance Authority
