Rohlffs Manor II & III

Rohlffs Manor II + III is an EAH Housing acquisition and renovation in Napa, preserving 355 affordable studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes for older adults across 15 acres in the heart of the wine country. EAH acquired the property in 2009 through Union Bank, HUD Sections 202 and 236, and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. A comprehensive renovation completed in 2010, designed by TWM Architects + Planners and built by D&H/Segue Joint Venture and D&H Construction, was financed through Union Bank of California and the Housing Authority of the City of Napa.
