Margaret Duncan Greene Apartments

Margaret Duncan Greene Apartments is an affordable housing community for adults with mental illness in Novato, co-developed by EAH Housing and Buckelew Programs and completed in 1997 to provide stable, dignified homes for those recovering from serious mental health conditions. The 16-apartment property is fully reserved for Buckelew clients and supported through HUD Section 811 rental assistance, with on-site behavioral health and supported living services provided by Buckelew. Designed for independent living within a supportive community, the property reflects nearly three decades of partnership between two Marin nonprofits.
