Point Reyes Family is an affordable housing community for families in Pt. Reyes Station, developed by EAH Housing and completed in 2005. The 27-unit community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom duplex homes on 6.87 acres at the gateway to Point Reyes National Seashore, designed by Chris Lamen and Associates and built by Nordby Construction. The development required coastal permitting and custom infrastructure. Financing included 4% LIHTC, HCD-MHP and CDBG, CalHFA, Housing Trust Fund, Marin County HOME, and Merritt Community Capital.
