Nevin Plaza II

Nevin Plaza II is the second phase of a two-part master plan in Richmond, bringing 76 affordable apartments to older adults 62+ and adults with disabilities on a half-acre site next to the recently renovated Nevin Plaza I. Anticipated for completion in 2028, the five-story building will offer 19 studios and 56 one-bedroom homes for extremely low, very low, and low income households, with a podium parking garage shared between phases. Streamlined under California Senate Bill 35 for 100% affordable projects, the development integrates ground-floor resident services, a multi-purpose room, and a landscaped courtyard connecting both buildings into one campus.
