La Loma

Designed for older adults in Rodeo, CA. La Loma will offer studio and one-bedroom apartments, all built to accessible standards for households earning 30%–60% of the area median income (AMI).

The community will replace the existing Rodeo Senior community room with a brand-new 1,250-square-foot senior center, giving residents a dedicated space to gather, connect, and access services. Indoor and outdoor amenities throughout the property will support social interaction and wellness, and an on-site Resident Services Coordinator will connect residents with programming and local partners focused on healthy, fulfilling living.
