Belovida at Newbury Park

Belovida at Newbury Park is an affordable housing community in San Jose for older adults 55+, co-developed by EAH Housing and The Core Companies around a vision of aging in place. Completed in 2011, the 186-home development was the first of 22 California projects financed through the U.S. Treasury New Issue Bond Program, a public-private partnership with the City of San Jose, JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, and CalHFA. Set within a planned urban village near the Berryessa BART Station, the property combines wellness programming, food distribution, and a Resource Coordinator to support socially active, healthy lives.
