Lincoln Avenue is an affordable housing community in San Rafael, built from the ground up by EAH Housing in 1997 specifically to serve adults with developmental disabilities. The three-story building comprises six shared two-bedroom apartments for 12 residents, with a community room and yard, situated near downtown for ready access to shops, transit, and services. Opportunity for Independence (OFI) provides Supported Living Services funded by the Golden Gate Regional Center, with an EAH property manager living on site to support a residential model designed for independence and connection.
