Riviera Apartments is an EAH Housing acquisition and renovation in San Rafael, preserving 28 affordable studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes for families in the East Canal neighborhood. The 1994 rehabilitation was designed by Kodama Diseno Architects and built by Di Giorgio Contracting, financed through NEF (with Palm Court Senior Homes, Inc. as general partner) and a Cal-HFA Senior Loan. The project extended long-term affordability for families in one of Marin County's most diverse, waterfront-adjacent neighborhoods
