One block from the world-famous Third Street Promenade, 1318 4th Street will bring a mixed-use, mixed-income development to the heart of Downtown Santa Monica, serving low-income families, residents who live or work in the city, and 50 people currently experiencing homelessness. Shared spaces will host year-round gatherings and programming, supported by at least three full-time services staff. At street level, 19,600 sqft of retail will activate 4th Street day and night, alongside subterranean parking and 1,630 sqft of community benefit space available to a local nonprofit, the police department, or another neighborhood use.
