Fellowship Plaza

Fellowship Plaza is an affordable housing community for older adults 62+ in the hills of Saratoga, originally built in the early 1970s by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows under a HUD Section 202/8 contract. EAH Housing acquired the 150-apartment property in 2017 and led a comprehensive 2020 rehabilitation, replacing all four building envelopes, upgrading elevators, adding seismic improvements, and reconfiguring the community building. Residents returned to fully renovated kitchens and bathrooms, with continued HUD Section 8 contracts preserving long-term affordability near West Valley College.
