Co-developed by EAH Housing, DBR Development, Horizon Development Consulting, and Affordable Housing Specialists, the four-story building offers 28 two- and three-bedroom apartments for small and multigenerational households. Designed by Leslie Lippich Architect & Associates and built by Hunt Building Corporation, the property contributes to the Wailuku Redevelopment Plan near Maui Community College and the Kahului Public Library.
