Wailuku Mission Senior Housing is currently in early pre-development, with construction estimated to begin in 2027 and first move-ins anticipated in 2029.

Located in the heart of Wailuku, Maui, this 85-unit affordable senior housing community will be built on a historically significant 2.66-acre site; the original mission grounds of Wailuku Union Church, one of Hawaiʻi's oldest congregations, which has served this community for more than 150 years. The land's deep roots in Wailuku's history make it a meaningful setting for a community designed to care for its neighbors.'

Situated within a three-block radius of social services, public transit, medical facilities, schools, the library, and local shops, the location puts residents close to everything they need. The development will offer studios and one-bedroom apartments for seniors earning 30%–60% of the area median income (AMI), with elevator-served access across two buildings and dedicated ADA units for mobility, hearing, and vision needs.

Residents will have access to a community building featuring a multipurpose room, tech room and library, fitness room, lounge, and kitchen, along with courtyard areas, tenant gardens, on-site laundry, and a management office.
