Lexington Gardens is the second affordable housing development by EAH Housing in West Hollywood, completed in 2026 at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Detroit Street, targeting GreenPoint certification. The five-story community comprises 47 studio apartments and a manager unit at 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI), with 24 apartments backed by project-based vouchers for permanent supportive housing. Half are referred by the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center for adults with developmental disabilities, and half by St. Joseph Center for adults experiencing homelessness or mental illness, all under Housing First principles.
