Welton Jordan oversees all real estate development at EAH Housing, leading a team of 25+ professionals across a pipeline of 60 active deals totaling nearly $2 billion. The first person appointed CREDO in EAH Housing's 50+ year history, he has expanded the organization's footprint into Sacramento, Southern California, and the Central Coast. Welton brings 15+ years of experience in affordable housing development and finance and holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Arkansas.
