Blanca Castilleja / 25 Years of Service

Associate Director, Real Estate Management, South Bay

My happy place is a Sunday BBQ with my kids and grandbabies. Outside of that you will find me at concerts. My top five: Garth Brooks, Green Day, Vicente Fernandez, My Chemical Romance, and U2. I am a very private person, so when things are going right I reflect on the blessing, and when I am stressed I find my peace through alone time to think and pray.

My Work at EAH Housing

To inspire, support, and encourage everyone to be the best they can be. Stay true to yourself, learn all you can, and embrace the changes. There are so many opportunities to grow at EAH. Everything I want for myself, I wish for everyone at EAH.

One Thing You Love About EAH Housing

Ohana! The support, encouragement, and respect of your peers. In the 25 years I have been with EAH, I have had every opportunity to grow and expand my learning across many departments. I started as an Assistant Manager, was promoted to Senior Property Manager, then to Compliance, Resident Services, and Regional Supervisor, and am now an Associate Director. If I could do it, so can you. “Sí Se Puede.”
