A Roof Is Just the Beginning

In fiscal year 2025/2026, EAH Housing served over 25,000 residents across California and Hawaiʻi, welcomed more than 2,100 people into new homes, and added 843 units. We celebrated 8 grand openings and 1 groundbreaking along the way.

Homes are only part of the story. More than 18,000 residents took part in StayWell! programs, 159,232 lbs of food were distributed to families, and $80,000 in scholarships went to 32 residents pursuing higher education. Nine communities earned green certification, with 50+ green projects in progress.
