Hale Nā Koa ‘O Hanakahi in Hilo has been recognized with the 2025 Kukulu Hale Award for Excellence in the Nonprofit Project category by NAIOP Hawai‘i.

A special mahalo to Emily Lee and Marian Gushiken for leading the effort to prepare and submit the award nomination. Big thanks to the resident manager and on-site team for their incredible work supporting our kūpuna residents and bringing this community to life.

Lima Ola on Kaua‘i was also honored with the New Project Award, Commercial/Other Over 40,000 SF. EAH Housing manages the community and provides resident services. Mahalo to Dee Alquiza and the property team for helping it thrive.
