Building on the foundation established by MacArthur Field A, completed in 2024, this new phase delivers 75 high-quality one-bedroom apartments dedicated to serving veterans with incomes between 30% and 50% of the area median income.
Designed with both independence and support in mind, MacArthur Field B includes 15 units for disabled veterans, 28 for formerly homeless veterans, 31 for low-income veterans, and one dedicated manager’s unit. The building features a full suite of amenities, including a fitness room, case management offices, community garden, picnic areas, and other indoor and outdoor spaces that promote wellness and connection.
Like Phase A, MacArthur Field B offers secure access, on-site leasing, and supportive services and is 100% electric with solar power. Together, both phases reflect a strong commitment to housing stability, sustainability, and dignity for those who have served. It is professionally managed by EAH Housing.
