Markham Plaza is a two-phase affordable housing community located along the Monterey Corridor in San José. Developed through the Gateway Project, Markham Plaza I and Markham Plaza II provide permanent, affordable homes for individuals who have experienced homelessness.

Together, the two buildings form a connected community to support stability, independence, and well-being. Residents can access a wide range of shared amenities, including a computer room with scheduled classes, a library, TV rooms, a fitness center, a community room, on-site laundry facilities, and a three-story gated parking structure.

On-site Resident Services Coordinators are available to assist residents with social services, resources, and community-building opportunities.
